I was discouraged.... I couldn't find what I wanted - handmade vintage style flower pots with the lovely architectural lines of the early 18th & 19th century English pottery. I wanted pottery with simple elegant lines and subtle embellishments that would create a long-collected and cherished look. This is what started my journey four years ago. And then..... I couldn't stop.
I make my own moulds by carving them out of clay to make plaster moulds. I also use found objects like antique candy moulds or objects found in nature. These add to the handmade vintage style flower pots I was looking for.
All pots are embossed with signature and often the weight of the clay used.
